| Description | Mr. Beckett has 9 years of industry expertise, supplemented by 7 years
of hands-on operations experience. As a domain expert, he has published various white papers and articles for clients, industry
associations, and trade publications. Mr. Beckett also serves as adjunct professor at Michigan State University, teaching
security architecture curriculum for the Department of Telecommunications. In his role as Chief Technology Officer for Dewpoint's Identity & Access Management Practice, Mr. Beckett is responsible for developing and managing the technical vision, strategies and tactics of all technical and business activities associated with the practice. He also oversees the direct and/or indirect management of personnel within the practice, as well as the profitability of engagements and the overall financial and cultural health of the practice in its entirety. Mr. Beckett's real world experience includes leading some of the largest Identity Services deployments in North America. He has also led Security Architecture and Implementation projects for Fortune 500 companies as well as small- to medium-sized enterprises.
